Delivery information:
marksflowers are shipped overnight air anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Standard delivery is Tuesday through Friday. The charge is 19.99. (Shipping for special items may be higher. Please see item pages for specific costs.) We cannot deliver outside of the United States. Please remember, however, that major holidays may cause a delay in scheduling.
Orders must be placed before 12 noon (Pacific Time) the day before delivery is requested.
Unfortunately, Sunday and Monday delivery is not available due to Federal Express scheduling.
Shipments to business addresses will be delivered by 5:00pm.
Shipments to residential addresses will be delivered by 8:00pm.
Morning delivery is available for an additional fee of $10.00.
Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee of $10.00.

We are unable to accept orders for delivery to PO boxes or certain locations such as airports, critical care units of hospitals, etc. Hospital deliveries may be delayed 2-3 days within the hospital once our delivery has been made. You should check to be sure that deliveries can be accepted for your recipient.
Our flowers are tied in a hand bouquet that will drop conveniently
into the vase we have incorporated in our design or into the recipient's
own vase if you choose to purchase only the bouquet.
The bouquet is anchored in a special shipping box with your personal message,
instructions for caring for the flowers and a packet of floral food.
The samples shown on our website are representative of our designs for
the particular item you order, however, from time to time flowers or containers
may be substituted with items of equal or greater value
if a particular element is not available for your delivery date. We make
every effort to assure that the arrangement delivered is as similar as
possible to the item you have ordered, and meets our standards of quality
on the day you require.
Your flowers will be delivered to the address you request on the day you
request without requiring a signature. If there is no answer when the delivery
driver knocks or rings the bell, the gift will be left at a safe spot at
that location.
You may want to advise the recipient to expect a delivery that day to assure
they can promptly attend to flowers when they arrive. Please remember that
you are responsible for flowers left at any address you designate in your
order on the day you request.
We do not call ahead to advise a recipient of a pending delivery and we
are not responsible for incorrect addresses supplied to us or delivery
delay due to weather conditions or a recipient who is not at home.
Any changes to your order after the order has been placed will result in
an additional $10.00 if changes are possible and the order has not been
shipped. Your order may be cancelled up to two days before delivery at
no charge. If the order is in transit or has already been delivered we
are unable to cancel. For changes or cancellations, please call Customer
